We do support the designer and start up. We have the sample cost which different than the order because sample process 1 piece costs more work and labor. We require 1,000 USD as a down deposit excluded from the sample cost if the order cannot confirm. This amount will be deducted after you placed the first order.
If you don’t want to pay the down payment deposit 1,000 USD. You have to confirm the order we can send you the sample 1 piece prior to the bulk production.
